UPDATE: Bolton & Menk developer for the owners will be submitting a rezoning request for a new development north of Blackmoor golf course. The current zoning is CFA which allows 12-1400 homes on 1/2 acre lots and some Commercial parcels. The developer is looking for higher density housing for the 1400 acres with lots as small as 5000 sq ft, Commercial space and a Park. This project has NOT been submitted to Planning and Zoning yet and is expected to be presented at the February Planning and Zoning meeting.
