In 2012 the Greater Burgess Community Association presented and got approved by the County Council an Area plan to direct Planning and Zoning as to how we wanted our Community to look like. Unfortunately P&Z or County Council didn’t always follow the script. The current Board will be reviewing the Area plan and suggesting changes to County Council. Additionally we will be monitoring any project in the Community to see that that follows the plan. Please read the Plan and let us know what changes you would like to see for the future.
