Planning and Zoning case #2025-10-005 to rezone approximately 50 acres at the corner of Bay Road and Freewoods to  Multi-family MRD-2 which allows residential single family and Multi-family units like townhouses or apartments. The developer will present a plan for approximately 150 single family homes There are traffic and water issues with this project if you oppose this project or support it you should attend the November 6th Planning and Zoning Meeting in Conway at 5:30 PM at the County Office Building
