Planning and Zoning case #2025-10-005 to rezone approximately 50 acres at the corner of Bay Road and Freewoods to Multi-family MRD-2 which allows residential single family and Multi-family units like townhouses or apartments. The developer will present a plan for approximately 117 single family homes They have addressed water issues with this project but it does not address traffic or overcrowded schools if you oppose this project or support it you should attend the next Planning and Zoning Meeting in Conway at 5:30 PM at the County Office Building
