5th annual Burgess Community Litter Cleanup
Spring is coming and so is the 5th Annual Burgess Community Cleanup
This event is dedicated to the memory of Albertha Myers Mazyck
WHEN: March 10
Registration & Breakfast (Breakfast biscuit/coffee)-8:30 am.
Cleanup 9 am-noon. (Lunch snack day of cleanup)
WHERE: South Strand Recreation Center, Scipio Drive. Volunteers will be transported by bus to clean up litter along community roads such as Holmestown Road.
WHO: Residents, students, volunteers. Waivers required - Guardian consent under age 18. Anyone under 16 must have legal guardian or parent with them.
Keep Horry Beautiful will provide safety vests, gloves and bags.
Sign up by Feb. 25 for FREE T-shirt, Breakfast and lunch snack.
