Earthworks has proposed for the owners of 1.65 acres on the west side of 707 near the SC-31 exchange and Fern Moss road from CFA to RE4 for a Commercial Center. Hearing will be at the December 4th Planning and Zoning meeting at the County office building in Conway at 5:30PM. More details to follow.
